High Court Asked To Consider Class Attys' Fee Notices

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 7:42 PM EST) -- A member of a $13 million class action settlement with Washington Mutual Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to determine whether class members should receive a detailed justification of proposed attorneys' fees and enough time to object to them before a judge can approve a settlement.
