Kohl's Accused Of Misclassifying Managers To Save On OT

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- Kohl's Department Stores Inc. was slapped with a proposed class action in New York federal court Thursday claiming the company misclassified managers as supervisors who were ineligible for overtime, even though they mostly performed manual labor.
