Suit To Block NYC Meatpacking Property Transfer Nixed

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 4:57 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Sunday dismissed a suit by Robert Romanoff, heir to a beef company fortune, and awarded ownership of a vacant building in Manhattan's Meatpacking District to commercial real estate debt firm DelShah Capital LLC, an attorney for DelShah told Law360 on Monday.
