Ex-Model Sues Lionsgate Over 'Mad Men' Opening Credits

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- Lionsgate Entertainment Corp. was sued Friday in California court by an iconic model from the 1950s and '60s who is alleging the company violated her privacy and publicity rights by using a photo of her in the title sequence of "Mad Men" without her permission.
