Obama Taps Wal-Mart Exec As Budget Chief

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 6:14 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama on Monday nominated former Clinton administration staffer and current Wal-Mart Stores Inc. executive Sylvia Mathews Burwell as his next budget chief, three days after the $85.4 billion in mandatory federal budget cuts known as sequestration took effect.
