Creditors Race To Defend NYRA Against $18M Claim

Law360, New York (December 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The creditors committee in the New York Racing Association Inc.'s Chapter 11 case has joined NYRA in rallying against a roughly $18 million claim by a group that purportedly represents the interests of thoroughbred horsemen.
