Clarion Sells SF Tower In $100M Prudential Financial Deal

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 3:16 PM EST) -- Real estate investment manager Clarion Partners LLC has closed on the sale of a San Francisco tower near the Transbay Transit Center for $100 million in a deal with Prudential Financial Inc., as part of Clarion's efforts to reshuffle its portfolio, according to a Monday statement.
