Superman Heirs Claim Settlement With DC Comics Isn't Valid

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 7:28 PM EST) -- The heirs of Superman co-creator Jerome Siegel on Monday pressed a California federal judge to deny a bid for judgment by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.'s DC Comics in their long-running dispute over Superman copyrights, saying the Ninth Circuit’s ruling recognizing an old settlement agreement doesn’t mean it’s valid.
