Greenberg Hires Away High-Level NY Enviro Official

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 4:10 PM EST) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP is bringing on a high-ranking New York state environmental official at the end of the month to chair it's New York environmental practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Current New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Deputy Commissioner Steven Russo will leave his post two years after being appointed by the governor in order to return to private practice and add new expertise to Greenberg's national environmental practice of more than 60 attorneys.
