Aetna Sued Over Personal Injury Benefit Repayments

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 2:37 PM EST) -- Aetna Inc. and its affiliates unlawfully recovered benefits they paid out as a result of personal injury suits filed by insured members involved in car accidents, according to a proposed class action seeking removal to New Jersey federal court Thursday.
