Ex-GameStop VP Gets 4 Years In Prison For Mail Fraud

Law360, Los Angeles (March 8, 2013, 4:28 PM EST) -- A former public relations executive for GameStop Texas LLP was sentenced by a Texas federal judge Thursday to more than four years in prison for embezzling nearly $2 million from the video game retailer. 

Frank Christopher Olivera, who pled guilty to one count of mail fraud in November, was sentenced to 51 months in federal prison, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas. U.S. District Judge Jane J. Boyle also ordered him to make two payments to GameStop: $77,275 for restitution...
