Judge Shuts Penguin's E-Book Copyright Suit Against Library

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 5:38 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge closed the book Thursday on Penguin Group USA Inc.'s copyright infringement suit alleging a small Arizona-based online library posted Penguin's books online, ruling that the library's miniscule revenue wasn't enough to secure the court's jurisdiction over the case.
