Ex-Galleon Insider Trader Knew Better, 2nd Circ. Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A Second Circuit judge on Monday expressed doubt about overturning the 10-year prison sentence former Wall Street executive Zvi Goffer received for heading an insider trading ring that ensnared two Ropes & Gray LLP lawyers, saying Goffer should have known better.
