Ex-Marsh Execs Can't Get Spitzer Docs In Termination Row

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 2:22 PM EST) -- Two former Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. executives can’t obtain a broad swath of communications between the company and former Attorney General Eliot Spitzer in their suit alleging they were wrongfully fired during a New York state bid-rigging investigation, a New York federal judge said Friday.
