3rd Circ. Tosses Brother Fraud Suit For Relying On NJ Law

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 5:23 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Friday backed a decision nixing a proposed consumer fraud class action against Brother International Corp. that sought to take advantage of New Jersey law, saying law from the named plaintiff’s home state of South Carolina was more appropriate.
