Calif. Cities Urge 9th Circ. to Uphold Mobile Billboard Bans

Law360, Los Angeles (March 8, 2013, 5:17 PM EST) -- Los Angeles and three other Southern California cities on Friday defended their bans on mobile billboards from a First Amendment challenge, telling the Ninth Circuit that the regulations are constitutional because they broadly apply to any signs displayed on a stationary trailer.
