Austin Enviro Zoning Vote Delayed As Attys Lock Horns

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The Austin City Council on Thursday tabled an ordinance to grandfather in delayed projects in certain environmentally protected areas, after four hours of debate in which development and environmental lawyers tussled over the validity of the Texas attorney general's opinion on the matter.
