Tenet Says Agreement Voids Ex-Nurse's Meal Break Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Tenet Healthcare Corp. asked a Texas federal court on Friday to dismiss an ex-nurse's proposed class action alleging the company didn’t provide employees meal breaks, arguing that the former staffer had signed an employment agreement to settle disputes with Tenet through arbitration.
