Spitzer Calls For Recalls Of Lead-Tainted Toys

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has called on the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue an immediate national recall of three dangerous toys after the Consumer Protection Board released the findings of a survey showing lead-laced products remain on store shelves across the state.
