3rd Circ. Won't Revive NJ Gas Co.'s Faulty Valve Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday refused to revive South Jersey Gas Co.'s suit against a major valve manufacturer over property damage from purportedly faulty high-pressure natural gas line valves, agreeing that relaunching the case under state consumer fraud claims would be "futile."
