BCI Exec Convicted In $50M Fraud Cops To False Tax Filing

Law360, Chicago (March 11, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- The founder of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. pled guilty to filing a false income tax return on Monday, nearly a year after an Illinois federal jury convicted him and his company of running a fraud that prosecutors said raked in more than $50 million from investors and lenders.
