UnitedHealth Shirking Mental Health Obligations, Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Three UnitedHealth Group beneficiaries hit the insurance giant with a putative class action in New York federal court on Monday, accusing it of throwing up roadblocks to patients seeking coverage for mental health services in violation of both federal and state laws.
