NY Judge Crushes Bloomberg's 'Arbitrary' Large-Soda Ban

Law360, Los Angeles (March 11, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday blocked the city of New York from enforcing a rule limiting the size of sugary drinks available for purchase that was set to take effect on Tuesday, saying the rule has loopholes that defeat its intended purpose.
