Patton Boggs Can't Tap $22M Chevron Pollution Bond

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 7:51 PM EDT) -- A New York magistrate judge recommended Monday dismissing Patton Boggs LLP's lawsuit seeking to tap into a $21.8 million bond Chevron Corp. posted for an injunction blocking a $19.2 billion Ecuadorean pollution judgment, finding that the court's previous exoneration of the bond cuts off access.
