Ceglia Sues To Halt Fraud Charges Over Facebook Suit

Law360, San Francisco (March 11, 2013, 9:19 PM EDT) -- After being indicted on fraud charges stemming from his lawsuit claiming he has a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc., Paul Ceglia sued U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in New York federal court Monday, seeking a permanent end to the criminal case against him.

Ceglia's latest suit claims the government violated his constitutional right to bring a civil case against the social networking giant. His 2010 suit claiming he was jilted out of the massive stake in Facebook is still ongoing.
