ALJ Dismisses FTC Claims Over Real Estate Listings

Law360 (December 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a blow to the Federal Trade Commission, an administrative law judge has dismissed claims that a Michigan realtors' group gave preferential listing treatment to property owners who offered commissions for the sale of their properties.
