Revised Audi Transmission Settlement Gets Judge's OK

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge expressed satisfaction with changes to a settlement between Volkswagen Group of America Inc. and a class of Audi vehicle owners suing the company over allegedly faulty transmissions, granting preliminary approval to the agreement six weeks after rejecting an earlier version of the deal.
