Iraq Rebuilding Chief Pushes New Wartime Contracts Agency

Law360, Washington (March 12, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction on Tuesday asked contractors for their support in creating a new agency to oversee wartime rebuilding projects, saying contractors could benefit from the clearer chain of command and enhanced planning that such an agency could provide.
