Ex-Pa. Pol, Highway Officials Charged In Pay-To-Play Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (March 13, 2013, 2:55 PM EDT) -- A group of former high-ranking officials with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and a former state senator already serving jail time on corruption charges were indicted Wednesday by the state’s attorney general for allegedly orchestrating a bid-rigging and pay-to-play scheme with turnpike vendors.
