Bimbo Can't Dodge NJ Distributors' Franchise Claims

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A proposed class action alleging Bimbo Foods Bakeries Distribution Inc. blocked 60 baked good distributors from reselling brand name bread products still stands after a New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday pared the suit's lost profit damages claims but preserved its New Jersey state franchise law claims.
