Juicy Couture Can't Block Hong Kong Site's Knockoff Goods

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge Tuesday refused to ban a Hong Kong-based retailer and its affiliates from selling allegedly counterfeit Juicy Couture Inc. merchandise from a Hong Kong website, finding that the company did not have enough ties to the U.S. for the court to extend its jurisdiction to a foreign entity.
