FTC Chair Faces Ethics Claim Over Google Merger

Law360 (December 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The chairwoman of the Federal Trade Commission has been asked to recuse herself from the agency's review of Google Inc.'s $3 billion acquisition of DoubleClick Inc. because her husband is a lawyer at a law firm, which may be representing the advertising firm in the merger.
