Samsung Dodges Indirect Purchasers' Cathode Ray Claims

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 1:24 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and its New Jersey-based subsidiary were released Wednesday from antitrust claims by a class of U.S. consumers who allege that collusion in the cathode ray tube manufacturing industry forced them to pay higher prices for electronics that incorporated CRT products.
