Fla. High Court Declines To Revisit Engle Decision

Law360, Miami (March 14, 2013, 8:30 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday refused to revisit its decision in the landmark Engle class action and said that applying findings from that case to the wrongful death suits over smoking that it spawned does not violate tobacco makers' due process rights.
