Fed's Secrecy Clouds Latest Bank Stress Test Results

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- The Federal Reserve on Thursday rejected BB&T Corp.'s capital plan but declined to provide a detailed explanation for its decision despite the bank's strong performance in an earlier stress test, spurring renewed calls from banks and others for a more transparent process.
