Carnival Knew 'Poop Cruise' Ship Had Problems, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (March 14, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A group of 17 Texans sued Carnival Corp. in federal court Thursday, alleging the cruise line knew its Triumph ship was not seaworthy before it launched an ill-fated February voyage that stranded passengers for days without power and created overflows of raw sewage.
