Atty Says Judge Wrongly Forced Fee Change In Wage Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday appeared to agree with a plaintiffs' lawyer who argued that a trial judge improperly tossed his wage-and-hour class action against a staffing agency after the attorney refused to change a $1.5 million settlement agreement so his fees would be limited to $75,000.
