Special Prosecutor To Take On Dallas DA's Contempt Case

Law360, Dallas (March 14, 2013, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A special prosecutor will be assigned to bring contempt charges against the Dallas County district attorney, after a judge last week held him in contempt for refusing to testify in a prosecutorial misconduct hearing, the state court judge overseeing the case said Thursday.
