NJ Puts Up $6M To Quell Corrections Recruits' Pay Claims

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- New Jersey has reached a nearly $6 million settlement with a class of onetime state Department of Corrections recruits who were allegedly misclassified and underpaid because of the state's failure to properly reauthorize a training program, counsel for the plaintiffs said Thursday.
