TD Bank, Call Center Reps Settle OT Pay Dispute

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- TD Bank NA has agreed to pay $975,000 to settle a conditionally certified class action accusing it of failing to pay its customer service representatives overtime wages, according to a joint motion filed in New Jersey federal court Thursday.
