Sharon Stone Loses Bid To Toss Ex-Nanny's Harassment Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 15, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Sharon Stone lost a bid to dismiss a wrongful termination lawsuit Friday when a California judge ruled the actress's ex-nanny adequately pleaded claims that Stone subjected her to derogatory remarks about her Filipino heritage and fired her for refusing to hand back overtime pay she'd received.
