Penn State Says Ex-Coach's Defamation Claims Unfounded

Law360, Philadelphia (March 15, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania State University asked a Pennsylvania judge Friday to toss defamation claims levied by a former assistant football coach who was allegedly fired for cooperating with the investigation into convicted child predator Jerry Sandusky, arguing that the coach took statements by the university’s former president out of context.
