3rd Circ. Revives Female Hoops Ref's Sex Bias Claims

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 5:17 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Friday revived a lawsuit filed by a female basketball official who alleges she has been excluded, in violation of Title VII, from officiating boys high school games in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, ruling the district court read Title VII too narrowly.
