Medco Sanctioned In Whistleblower Medicare FCA Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday sanctioned Medco Health Solutions Inc. in a whistleblower False Claims Act suit accusing it of hiding $69 million in Medicare and Medicaid overpayments, saying the company had produced documents supporting one of its defenses too late.
