Third Eye Blind Doesn't Owe Guitarist $8M, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (March 15, 2013, 10:39 PM EDT) -- An ex-Third Eye Blind guitarist never had a binding partnership contract with the rock band and is therefore not entitled to the $8 million in royalties that he seeks — but he may be owed a share of 3EB's tour revenue, a California federal judge ruled Thursday.
