Plaintiff Wants J&J Unit TCPA Junk Fax Suit Reopened

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A plaintiff in a tossed class action accusing Johnson & Johnson unit Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. of sending unsolicited faxes that violated federal law urged a New Jersey federal judge on Friday to reopen the case, saying the defendants haven't shown why the ruling should stand.
