High Court Won't Take Up Goldman's Bid To Limit MBS Suits

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 12:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to review an appeals court decision forcing Goldman Sachs & Co. to face a putative class action alleging it misled investors about potential risks of mortgage-backed securities, despite the bank's claim that the decision will increase financial firms' potential liability in MBS litigation by billions of dollars.
