Justices Reject Suit Over Banking Disclosures To CIA Program

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to consider whether the Second Circuit overstepped established early-stage pleading requirements in nixing a proposed class action accusing a financial clearinghouse of unlawfully disclosing sensitive banking information to the federal government.
