33-Story Dallas Building Eyed For Sale Amid Makeover

Law360, Dallas (March 18, 2013, 8:21 PM EDT) -- New Orleans-based HRI Properties Inc., which specializes in adaptive reuse developments, is in talks to buy a downtown Dallas office building and pick up renovations under way by Ricchi Dallas Investments LLC, the firm said Monday.

HRI’s vice president for investments, Steven Nance, told Law360 a deal to buy the 33-story tower at 1600 Pacific Ave. is months away from closing and the parties are under a confidentiality agreement that keeps him from sharing any details about the project.
