Judge Again Axes Ex-Booz Allen Exec's $23M Carlyle Deal Suit

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday stood by his decision to toss a former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. executive's allegations that he was cheated out of $23 million in so-called shadow stock compensation after Carlyle Group LP paid $2.5 billion for a stake in the consulting firm.

Judge Lawrence K. Marks said during a hearing in Manhattan that he'd stand by his decision in September to dismiss former Booz Allen employee Paul Kocourek's claims, which alleged that Booz Allen had shortchanged him for "shadow stock"...
